In step 2.7 use a Master Boot Record partition scheme for your USB installer instead of GUID Partition Table

In step 2.15 select Legacy Boot Mode for the USB installer

Continue the guide through step 4.8 to install OS X 10.11 El Capitan but stop before step 5 (Post Installation with MultiBeast)

Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and select Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere

Go to System Preferences > Energy Saver and set Computer sleep to Never

Download the Enoch Chameleon bootloader and customize the installation to your El Capitan drive with the following options:

Chameleon Bootloader > Install Chameleon in the chosen partition

Patches > Kernel Patcher > KernelBooster_kexts
-
Patches > Kernel Patcher > KernelPm
-
Settings > Kernel Flags > Verbose Mode
-
Settings > Kernel Flags > dart=0
-
Settings > Power Management > GenerateCStates=Yes
-
Settings > Power Management > GeneratePStates=Yes

Download this Extra folder and replace the Extra folder in the root directory on your El Capitan drive
-
Download this modified AppleHDA.kext and install it using the Kext Utility app
-
Install ALC888_Legacy.pkg (sound)
-
If you have installed El Capitan on a Solid State Drive (SSD), open the Terminal, enter the following command and answer "Y" when prompted:
sudo trimforce enable -
The computer will reboot once TRIM has been enabled on your SSD

Integrated Intel G33 Express graphics (Intel 82G33 Graphics and Memory Controller) are not compatible with OS X. See the discrete graphics card recommendations below.

OS X 10.10 YOSEMITE INSTALLATION on the DG33FB

Update the BIOS to the latest version

Follow the guide here to create a bootable USB drive and install OS X 10.10 Yosemite (no boot flags are necessary)

After installation, but before running MultiBeast, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and select Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere

Download DSDT.aml, unzip the file and place it on the Desktop (enables sleep when the BIOS is set to S1 sleep state)

Run MultiBeast 7.4.1, select Quick Start > UserDSDT and modify as follows:

Drivers > Misc > FakeSMC v6.16.1372

Drivers > Network > Intel > AppleIntelE1000e v3.1.0a

Bootloaders > Chimera v4.0.1

Restart the computer

Install any system updates available through the App Store

If you encounter problems logging in to the App Store or iCloud, download this fix and follow the steps in the included tutorial

If you have installed on a SSD you may need to run MultiBeast again and install Drivers > Disk > 10.10.x TRIM Patch
